By using this Website, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes to these terms will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

2. Privacy Policy

Majestic Food is committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.

(a) Information We Collect: We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment information when you:

• Create an account

• Place an order

• Subscribe to our newsletter

• Contact our customer service

We also collect non-personal information, such as browser type, operating system, and website usage data through cookies and other tracking technologies.

(b) How We Use Your Information: Your information is used to:

• Process and fulfill your orders

• Communicate with you about your orders and other inquiries

• Improve our website and product offerings

• Send you promotional materials and newsletters, from which you can opt-out at any time

• Prevent fraudulent transactions and monitor for security

(c) Information Sharing: We do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you (e.g., payment processors, shipping companies), so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

(d) Data Security: We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. All payment transactions are processed through a secure gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting through the Website any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order, or to divide up orders.​

5. Placing Orders

​Order must be submitted online or by email. We recommend placing orders at a minimum of 5 days in advance in order to guarantee your intended delivery date. Orders for Monday delivery must be placed by the previous Tuesday  at 12 pm* at the absolute latest (*pending availability)

6. Accounts and Payments

To place an order, you are required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We accept payment by major EFT and E-transfers Only. We also do accept all major credit card but a 2.5% service charge will be applied to all payments made by through this payment method. All payments must be made by the end of the week which the order is placed.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Service Area

We ship across to most regions across Ontario free of charge for all orders above $450.  All orders must be placed 5 days in advance of  the  delivery dates.  Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. . If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us so we can assist you with the claims process.

• It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure a safe and accessible location for delivery. Majestic Food is not responsible for any issues arising from an inaccessible delivery point.

• Majestic SNP is available exclusively in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and the following regions in Ontario and Peel, Halton, Durham, Hamilton, York, Guelph, Durham, Simcoe, Niagara, Waterloo, Hastings, Prince Edwards,

We offer daily delivery to most places across the GTA, and delivery three times per week to areas outside of the GTA. For more information, please call us at (416) 900 - FOOD.

Orders are delivered from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm daily.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for food items.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team at [support@majesticfood.ca] within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or a refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed for shipping.

9. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Majestic Food Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Majestic Food Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, this website or the performance of the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Majestic Food Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your use of the majesticfood.ca website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed.
