Fresh Start Program: Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to the Fresh Start program, the Customer (School) agrees to the following terms and conditions with Majestic Food Student Nutrition:

1. Subscription and Agreement

The Fresh Start program is a subscription-based service for a pre-determined period of a minimum number of weeks, as specified in your order.

The Customer agrees to order the subscription for the entire school population.

2. Pricing and Payment

The prices for the subscription packages are as agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will only apply to new subscription periods and will not affect the current term.

3. Menu and Product Availability
-
The menus are subject to change without notice based on product availability, seasonality, market prices, and other logistical factors.

All menu items will, at all times, remain compliant with student nutrition requirements and standards as set by the relevant provincial body.

Menus cannot be modified or combined with products outside of the selected package.

4. Delivery

Delivery of the subscription products will occur once per week on a day and time agreed upon by both parties.

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure a safe and accessible location for delivery. Majestic Food is not responsible for any issues arising from an inaccessible delivery point.

We ship across to most regions across Ontario free of charge for all orders above $450. All orders must be placed 5 days in advance of the delivery dates. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. . If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us so we can assist you with the claims process.​

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure a safe and accessible location for delivery. Majestic Food is not responsible for any issues arising from an inaccessible delivery point.

Majestic SNP is available exclusively in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and the following regions in Ontario and Peel, Halton, Durham, Hamilton, York, Guelph, Durham, Simcoe, Niagara, Waterloo, Hastings, Prince Edward. ​

We offer daily delivery to most places across the GTA, and delivery three times per week to areas outside of the GTA. For more information, please call us at (416) 900 - FOOD.

Orders are delivered from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm daily.

5. Cancellations and Early Termination

The Customer may not cancel their subscription before the end of the agreed-upon term without penalty.

In the event of an early cancellation, a cancellation fee of 30% of the remaining contract value will be applied.

6. Liability

Majestic Food shall not be held liable for any damages, claims, or losses arising from the consumption or handling of products after delivery.

The Customer is responsible for proper storage, handling, and distribution of the delivered products to students.

Majestic Food does not assume any liability for allergic reactions or health issues related to the consumption of its products. It is the Customer’s responsibility to communicate any and all allergies to parents and students and to manage consumption accordingly.
7. Governing Law
-
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Province of Ontario.

8. General
-
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Majestic Food.

Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
