General Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with MajesticFood.ca, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders

  • All orders must be placed online through the MajesticFood.ca website.

  • A minimum order amount of $300 is required for delivery.

  • Orders must be submitted by the cut-off time specified on the website for the desired delivery day.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in [CAD] and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is due at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery times and dates are subject to availability and are confirmed upon order placement.

  • Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Customer. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery location is accessible and secure.

  • MajesticFood.ca is not liable for any issues or damages to products after they have been delivered.

4. Product Quality and Returns

  • The Customer must inspect the products immediately upon delivery.

  • Any issues with product quality or discrepancies in the order must be reported to MajesticFood.ca within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We do not accept returns on perishable goods. Refunds or credits for damaged or incorrect items will be issued at the discretion of MajesticFood.ca.

  • 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. 

  • Fridge and frozen foods are final and non-refundable. 

5. Liability

  • MajesticFood.ca shall not be held liable for any damages, claims, or losses arising from the consumption, handling, or storage of its products after delivery.

  • The Customer is responsible for the proper handling and storage of all food products.

  • We do not assume any liability for allergic reactions or other health issues related to the consumption of our products. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check product labels and ingredients.

6. Governing Law

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Province of Ontario.

7. General

  • These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and MajesticFood.ca.

  • Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
